Shipping, Returns, & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship within five (5) business days. Orders are shipped Monday – Saturday morning. Order processing happens Monday – Friday except for holidays, where they will be processed the next business day. We experience high volume during our sale periods, yet orders still ship within 5 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during high shipping volume periods such as holidays. If there is a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. You were also sent an order confirmation email. Check spam if you haven’t received these emails.

Ann’s Fabulous Essentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Ann’s Fabulous Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to help facilitate the claim.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be sealed and unused.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to authorize the return. Please send pictures of the product showing that it is unopened. Mail the item to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds are for store credit only.

The following items cannot be returned:

Items made to order. These products have made to order in the product description.
